Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Hanover Threads collects only the personal contact details, sizing data, and design files necessary to process quote requests and coordinate custom apparel production. We do not sell or trade your data.
Data Collection Details
We collect names, business names, phone numbers, email addresses, specific garment size quantities, and custom design graphics. Artwork uploads are stored securely and are only accessible by authorized staff.
Terms and Conditions
Hanover Threads coordinates quote configurations and custom DTF print orders. Final production quantities, dimensions, pricing, and deadlines will be defined and confirmed in a formal proof. Graphic designs must be licensed by the submitter.
Artwork Rights & Customer Responsibility
By uploading any design file, logotype, trademarked insignia, or vector graphic layout to our system, you declare that you have full legal ownership, license rights, or express written permission to reproduce the files. Hanover Threads declines responsibility for trademark disputes arising from client-submitted assets.
Proof Approval Policy
Every order goes through preflight inspection and requires your final approval on a formal PDF visual proof before production begins. Turnaround estimates start once your proof is approved and payment is cleared.
Prepress Approval Steps
It is the customer's sole responsibility to verify spelling, text lettering, layout spacing, dimensions in inches, graphic colors, and garment counts in the final proof. We print exactly what you sign off on. Once signed, no changes can be made without additional setup fees.
Production & Delivery Policy
Our standard production window is 7-10 business days from the date of final proof approval and payment clearance. Local pickup is free in Hanover, Indiana; shipping options are quoted separately.
Standard Timelines
Our standard production queue is 7 to 10 business days. Sourcing specialized shirt colors or larger garment size matrix blocks may occasionally introduce small delays. Rush orders may be accommodated for an extra surcharge subject to production capacity.
